Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Mahjong Pa More account and the data associated with it. It applies to the game published by Henyo Games for Android and iOS (package/bundle app.pamore.mahjong).

You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook. If you play as a Guest, no account or cloud data is created — your progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the game (fastest)

Open Mahjong Pa More and go to Profile.
Open the Account card and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your sign-in record and cloud save are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

You may be asked to sign in again first to confirm it's really you before deletion completes.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us and we will delete your account and its data for you:

Email: mahjong@pamore.app
Send from the email address associated with your account, or include your in-game display name, so we can locate your record.
Subject: "Delete my Mahjong Pa More account".

We aim to process email deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your authentication record in Firebase Authentication (the identifier linking your Apple/Google/Facebook sign-in to the game).
Your cloud-saved game progress in Cloud Firestore — rank, in-game currency, cosmetics, statistics, settings, and daily/season progress.

What is retained, and for how long

Deletion is immediate in our live systems. Standard encrypted backups may retain residual copies for a limited period (up to ~30 days) before they are overwritten.
We may keep limited records where required by law.
Deleting your account does not by itself remove data cached on your own device — uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes the local copy.
Multiplayer sessions keep no long-term data: match data lives only in server memory during play and is not stored in a database.

Just want to sign out?

Signing out (Profile › Account › Sign out) keeps your cloud save so you can sign back in later on any device. Deleting your account is permanent.
